Adjust alphrostadil in TriMix

Hello the Forum. Started erection injections using Trimix 0.11 ml (20mcg,2mg,30mg/ml) at the doctors office. It worked. Maybe some very light soreness in the glans. Some test runs by myself (before putting it to the real test, I found that when laying down I deflated. Then standing I would regain hardness. What the ??? Learned this is probably venous leakage. So I bought some rings. Ouch, I sure got sore when using those after injecting. From speaking with the compounding pharmacy, its a common problem. I was effectively getting a larger effective dose of alprostadil by using the ring, flushing less of it. OK, went to Bimix. No pain now with injection and using ring. Bimix is not near as potent as trimix, at least for me. Using 0.25l and it is weaker. Pharmacy said they have trimix with weaker dose of Alprostadil. They will also blend to Rx from doctor.

SIDE NOTE: As a diabetic, with foot sores and neuropathy, I did find if I took my T4 (Tylenol/codeine) 45 to 60 minutes before injection, it BLOCKS the pain, very well also, from alprostadil. I generally only need it before going to bed, so I can go to sleep and mask the foot pain. The pain in my glans was also intense, perhaps now using.18ml trimix. I have a few issues going on, go to my first post. I am having difficulty achieving orgasm / ejaculation. Could not do at all for 4 months after obtaining an erection. Found out Effexor XR causes major problems with all of ED. Now down to perhaps 15%, it is a hard med to stop, slow reductions. Then had two dry org. Now having weak ejaculations, have to let it go before it really builds, because it only builds so far, like 1/2 way. Only one good ejaculation. Yes, all these are major improvements. Not wanting T4 for injecting because I do not know how it was effecting performance. I am thinking now it hasn't hindered me.

Buying different vials with blends of trimix to find it a strong blend without pain gets expensive at $99 a vial. It occurred to me to draw bimix and trimix in proportions into the syringe so as to vary the alprostadil in the injection, making an adjustment with each injection. The math is not an issue for me. The bimix I have is (2mg,30mg/ml) so those two components are in identical concentrations between the two vials. How has anyone here dealt with this issue? Results?

I've never tried mixing so no suggestions there. I might suggest experimenting more with your rings as far as tension or tightness and where you're wearing them. If I'm just using a VED I use a fairly tight medical grade ring at the base of my dick in front of the boys, as in the normal placement for a medical ring used with a VED. When used with injections I use a larger and fatter ring that is still firm silicone behind the boys. Experiment.

Thanks for the response. I have tried about 7 different rings, most adjustable. I have never thought about where I wear them? Is this an option? I wear them against the pelvic area, as far back as I can, I did not think if wearing it anywhere near or towards the glans. Please explain! Also, I read that some wear a RING around the cock and balls, I am not understanding why. Current using a stretchable ring, they come in 0.1 inch increments in size, a set is about 12, but of course that's for fitting, maybe 2 or 3 might give different tensions. Wife likes better as not having edges rubbing in to her. Optimizing the strength will mean I inject less, and reduce cost of use.

I have no way of knowing if any other ring wearing options will help you at all. There are so many different ED causes and degrees and body types. A lot of it's a crap shoot. As I said, when injecting I use a fairly firm stretchable silicone ring around my dick behind the boys. Applying it can be a bit challenging and may require lube. Stretching it enough to get it over the boys can be "fun". A squashed nut is a possibility that will get your attention. There is a learning curve. It's pretty easy for me now. I put it on before injecting. It helps me but your leak may be past this helping much. I throw this suggestion out there on the outside chance it helps.
