Radiation and Titan Coloplast

Postby HarryBelafonte » Tue Jun 04, 2019 4:48 pm

Have had one since 2013 and love it. Can't really tell if I shrank 2 inches or my girth increased to the point where my pecker just LOOKS shorter. In any event, I am having IMRT radiation after a Jan 4th robotic surgery. My radiation oncologist told me that there might be some damage to the implant so I rushed back to the implant position in the same system. He told me that he went to his mentor who is done over 1000 implants and such mentor told him that radiation would not have a negative effect on the implant. Was I relieved or what? The idea of a revision was not appealing to me, obviously.
