I recently was switched to a CX from a Titan...... originally installed in December of 2018. Went from a 20+1 Titan to a 21+1 CX on 5-17. Was left fully deflated after surgery until this coming Tuesday.
I’ve never been huge girth guy, around 5 or barely more. Even with the Titan. Currently the flaccid looks much different (smaller and about half inch shorter) than Titan flaccid , but I am 90% deflated with CX for 3 weeks.
Can I expect to realize the same length and girth with the CX as I had with the Titan? I should since he upsized 1cm, but I am a little worried based on current look and status. But I have to remember I had the Titan for 5 months and I had deflation issues so it rarely was as deflated as I wanted, hence giving a much fuller look and feel all day long.
CX users, help me out here. Does the flaccid get longer and rounder with cycling? Anyone who has had both let me know your thoughts on comparisons as well.
Thanks
Will
Titan to CX expectations
Re: Titan to CX expectations
Hello,
Trusting cylinders measuriments your lenght will be the same. The Cx buckle around itself while flaccid and hopefully it stretch a bit when you pump.
As for girth you ll have what you had with the titan. 5' is clearly not the limit of the device.
Take some months to see the final result. I have been told CX offers a softer and shorter flaccid than the Titan. I use to have a Cx and totally deflated was clearly shorter than pumped max lenght.

Thanks so much French. Makes me feel better. Ultimately we never know until we start cycling, but I sort of assumed what you said might be the case with the new CX given even the small upsize.
As a million people have said here, patience is key. It’s hard going from the Titan being pretty full and long flaccid to a deflated device that doesn’t show the same out of the chute. But I realize it’s apples and oranges until I would get 5 months down the road with the CX. And there will still be differences of course as there are advantages and disadvantages to both.
I have been around here long enough to know that a CX should gain some length, even though it is made more for girth expansion. In other words, i am not going to be stuck with the length I see today flaccid with just some additional girth. I have to remember the Titan did not start out as long as it ended up months later.
As for girth, thank you for confirming. I knew there were lots of CX users around here getting more than 5 or a little over of girth easily. I just hope it has a round shape as opposed to flat. Titan started out pretty flat but was starting to get more rounded and look more normal around month 3. Hope the CX does the same.
Much appreciate any input or comments from those who know the CX.

Re: Titan to CX expectations
My CX ( 15 + 4 ) gives me 51/4 inch of girth. I also get an increase of at least 1 inch in length when inflated. When deflated the tips are at the base of my glans. When inflated they are perfectly placed 3/4 of the way into my glans so that I have no problem with floppy head. So it appears that the CX can provide some increase in length when inflated.
80 year old Type2 diabetic, long term ED, pills then injections PGE1. After 4 years they became less effective. Implanted 20/3/2018 by NHS. AMS 700 CX 15+4 cm with MS pump. Never had any significant pain. Still working perfectly and used regularly.
