First injection with uro! Trimix 30-1-10

Thank you bldoink. Yeah, I will apply pressure for 2 minutes when I inject the other side and see how that looks the next morning. Will do 1 minute the next time if 2 did the job. If those times didn’t work, I’ll drop my man card and apply the full 5 minutes of compression. LOL

So I started with .25 and it worked but not as hard as I wanted and only lasted about half hour. I went to .50 and it was much better lasted about an hour but wasn’t as hard as it was before my prostatectomy in November 2018. Getting nervous going too high. Does anyone have any advise. Thanks.

Yeah, that's a weak starter dose. You have a lot of room for strengthening the dose allowing you to reduce the volume injected. I wouldn't presume to tell you what to go to but if you go to the "Documents Worth Reading List" thread in the "General Discussion" sub-forum you will find examples of "standard mixes" from three different pharmacies to compare your mix to. I think most would agree that starting you off on a weak starter mix is safe conservative procedure. It beats an ER visit for a priapism.

Happy to report that the purple bruising is GONE after 2 mornings, if anyone has concerns about that.

Woodbine’s “Standard Mix” is 5.88mg while my “REGULAR MIX” is 10mg, roughly twice the amount. Who would have thought the difference between “standard” and “regular” would be so disparate.

My very first prescription was 150/5/50 and I'm still taking that 6 months later. For me, just 5ml keeps me hard for about 3 hours on average. Its sorta nice to not need that much meds to get the job done so your money goes a lot further and the injections are very easy and painfree with such a low dose.

So the middle number (5) is the Prostaglandin for you? I wish there was a standard of measurement. Mine is the last number, 10, for 10mcg. Also, wish they'd stick with one or the other name for the active ingredient. Some people say Prostaglandin and others say Alprostadil. Gets confusing for noobs and then there's PE1 to shorten ect.... LOL

Thank you bldoink. At least I know it’s a weak dose and will keep going up for best results. The instructions said no more than 1.00. Just would like to get where. Was pre operation.

And where you get that i have same problem 17/17/0.58 up to 50 units i think they give this weak mix to keep you coming back my last visit was 3 min doctor cost 150 dollars
