Shelf Life
My first dose arrived on ice and it has been kept in fridge. Label says to discard 30 days after filling, thoughts? I have read that if it remains unclouded you were ok to use.
Re: Shelf Life
Shelf life of what? That makes a difference. Probably longest for bi-mix, shorter for tri-mix and shortest for mono-mix. Also, how stored. I freeze my mono-mix.

Re: Shelf Life
Well two of the ingredients appear to have pretty good shelf life. The third ingredient, the alprostadil or PGE-1 does not but in my experience freezes well. I've used frozen mono-mix (alprostadil in saline) that was 6 months old with little noticeable degradation in potency. Other forum members have reported frozen tri-mix retaining potency for much longer.
There are also some that report some ingredients of frozen tri-mix precipitating out of solution. I don't know if this is just the stronger mixes or not but it apparently can be a problem sometimes. I think it's more a problem if an ingredient is near saturation point but that doesn't seem to be a problem with alprostadil. However, I believe most members report seeing good results freezing their tri-mix. If the mix doesn't precipitate out when frozen it should have a long practical shelf life if kept frozen.
The labels never list long shelf lives and some reportedly say not to freeze. If you search the forum on freezing your mix and the resulting practical shelf life you should get plenty of results.
I would never suggest you go against your doctors orders. Always consult your doctor about these issues. I just relate my own experiences, some of which may actually be dangerous. Ask your doctor.

Re: Shelf Life
My advice: Use it until it doesn't work. Then discard. Just my two cents.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
