A friend sent me this link as a joke, but all I could think was damn, those would have been handy post-op when anything rubbing against my dick hurt like hell....

51, San Francisco
Diabetic: used pills & injections.
2 TURP surgeries caused Peyronie's. 1st implant lost to infection, 2nd one is about 5 years old. But "floppy head" due to all the scar tissue, couldn't get tips all the way up.

Re: Post-op underwear
I’m scheduled for implant surgery in 3 weeks and I’m excited, no second guessing just want to be on the fun side of this journey. Anyway has anyone out there in ft land used these briefs and if how did they work for you?

While I didn't wear this exact underwear during my healing process, I DID wear a jockstrap and cup! NOT Kidding! While reclining and feeling tender, it only took me two times to feel our rescue dog RUN to the doorbell and DIG his hind paws into my crotch along the way! It's bad enough without having just gone through surgery down there... I bought the first cup I've needed in years just to be able to recline and not grab my crotch every time the doorbell rang over the next 5 weeks! I got the roomiest cup I could find... the Nutty Buddy. If it wasn't for our dog, I wouldn't have needed a cup... no one else was jumping into my crotch!
Re: Post-op underwear
Seems like that would give you an impressive bulge in your pants.

Who's to say I didn't already have an impressive bulge, David?! (LOL! I didn't then and I still don't. But being inflated to 60+% was kinda fun during those healing weeks!)
Re: Post-op underwear
That's true, Colin. I should not have assumed that you don't have a natural impressive bulge. (I do have one, btw -- not!!)
Re: Post-op underwear
What they put on me after my revision was a jock strap which supported the scrotum, but the penis still hung out. It worked good for me.
Not sure about the picture with the plastic. Seems like it would give too much of a bulge and for me it would be embarrassing.

That was probably what's called a suspensory...

Re: Post-op underwear
I gotta say this.
I cannot recall who mentioned it, but a very soft baby sock today, 4 weeks post-op, has been the best i’ve felt since pre-op!!! Works extremely well!!!
(Now I just need to move this pump to my belly button and all will be good!!)

Developed Type 1 at age 43. ED started about 4 years later (~2013). Pills quit working. Peyronie’s joined the circus. Finally coloplast 18+0 9/12/2019.
