regarding the well known discussion of "how will women react, can you have sex without announcing your implant, can women figure out you are bionic, etc etc etc", I think the defimitive answer was issued by lost sheep here on franktalk who placed a good answer on a post from April 29, 2019 titled "re: implant questions for young members"

the link to that post is at the following:

Here is a summary quote by Lost Sheep (please note, the links embedded within the below lost sheep quote are not complete in format, so please go to the lost sheep comments back in april 2019 (the url above) if you want to be able to click to the active links listed in his response)

QUOTED FROM LOST SHEEP April 2019
Once a woman has decided to have sex with you, discovery of an implant is not likely to change her mind if you are comfortable with it.

A woman might be able to feel the apparatus. The tips on the glans, the wrinkles in the tubes in your penile shaft, the pump bulb in your testicles or the valve body (angular and hard). But if a woman gets that intimate, she is likely to have already decided to have sex with you and unlikely to raise questions or objections at that point. If she only wanted to engage in some genital "heavy petting" or fellatio, though, she may take issue with a man "with a dildo in his penis" and object to the concept. She might be put off by the lack of a spontaneous erection.

But women are incredibly accepting of their man if she feels safe, trusted and respected.

Don't worry about it. My advice is to level with her.

Women are incredibly accepting, supportive and understanding if they feel safe, trusted and respected. Franktalk has little from women about their attitudes, but here are some links that I believe you will find illuminating. One of the threads is from a young woman who realized, after a couple of sexual encounters with her lover that he had an implant and honored his desire to not mention it to her by not mentioning to him that she knew. Like I said, incredibly supportive.

hello, You can not overpump the implant. they are designed to withstand almost everything we humans can dish out. you will get bruised and very sore before you ever break the pump to failure. i was told about to only way to destroy the pump is to use something like pliers on it, ooch!!!!!!

Your surgeon knows. There are different models to cover the broad variety of men & what problems they may have. Not all men have the same problems that need to be addressed. A good examination with a skilled doctor is in order. He'll assess your complications & make a reccomendation.
