28 years old and getting implant tomorrow

Hi guys,
After an insane mental battle and trying to decide on getting an implant I will have it done tomorrow. Injections at my age have not been fun, are not spontaneous, scare women off. Pills only work some of the time but frequently don't work with a potential new partner (or even old partner a lot of times) from the long history of ED and bad experiences. Much of it has turned mental and it's pretty much too far gone at this point because its always so unknown if it's going to work. I've had ED for 8.5 years due to a venous leak and loss of sensation and it has derailed almost everything in my life in all honesty. I just want to move on and not worry about this anymore. Once this is done there's no going back but the road I've been on for quite some time has been very miserable.
I did measure myself pre-surgery, with a good erection; if I press a ruler down to my pubic bone I'm 6.25". I'm hoping I don't lose much length but I know I'll lose some. My surgeon does 200-300 per year.
This has been the hardest decision of my life. My confidence in the bedroom is shot. It has taken me to pretty much rock bottom to do this, it's been very hard to decide because of my age.
If you guys have questions just ask. I know younger guys really put this off as I have. Maybe I can report back from time to time and give updates if anyone is curious or has questions. I might still be asking about others experiences though as I learn how to use this and ask for advice.
Scared as hell, wish me luck, I'm mainly hoping this improves my quality of life and actually makes sex enjoyable and not stressful.

You will really be happy with your implant. You will feel complete again. That is how I felt after my first implant. I love mine!

Good luck and apply plenty of ice packs at least every four hours so that the swelling will go down. Also the bruising will start to disappear within a few days.

I got the LGX, but if they would have applied the Titan I still would have been happy. They are both good products.

Yes, keep posting on your results. Lots of younger guys here with question that us old codgers don't have the answers to. Hell, I can't even imagine what the current dating scene is like. I went through that period of my life 60 years ago.

A couple of months ago (I think it was the May 2019 issue) Hannah Smothers wrote an article for "Cosmopolitan" magazine about dating men with E.D. She sought input from men on the site here in the 20s and 30s age range.

The article was not deeply probing, but showed some insight and (possibly more importantly) that young women on the dating scene have an awareness of (and interest in) E.D.
