Good luck with your surgery. If things go right, you'll love the results.

I told my wife that I wish we could have had this kind of sex when we were younger.
She said "you should have done it instead of using pills"

Please don't accept that you'll lose length.
A properly sized implant will not lose you length and you may gain a little bit.

Don't tell the doc you expect to lose length, because you probably would then.

Just my 2 cents.

Hi guys,
I did go through with the surgery. I'm currently in the hospital as I have to stay overnight so they can help me with the early recovery.
Worst pain right now that I have is the catheter, that and some grenade looking collecting blood comes out tomorrow which will be nice. My penis area is very swollen and bandaged. Its pumped up about 60% I heard. It does look shorter than usual but with the swelling and everything it's hard to tell where I'll really be at. The first day is the worst I've been told so gradually will get better.
If anyone wants to pm me you can and I'll get back to you. For people who have an implant did your natural length come back a little? Or is it pretty fixed? (I have a titan?
Excited that I'll never have to worry about getting and maintaining an erection!

Sorry but no first hand experience. The urologist that did my circumcision said recovery could take 1-2 years. It took a bit longer than the 2 years. I think part of that was because of my insistance of a partial circumcision. The scar tissue was past the end of my head. So it wanted to shrink smaller than my girth size. It took a long time for it to soften up & stretch to match my girth.
Bottom line as I recall. My penis wasn't happy, didn't seem to have my normal length back for quite a while. Recovery can be slower in some people. I'm sure that you'll be happy when you get to the end. Best of luck.

The first time I activated, I was at my lifelong length. It wasn't the length I got from a VED, but I didn't expect that.
Your experience is the same as mine so far. Goddam catheter.
They also put an automatic leg massager on my legs when I was trying to sleep.
They should deflate you tomorrow.

Congratulations on your implant today!!!! I totally understand how devastating it is to be your age and have ED. I am about to turn 73 and have suffered from ED due to a leaky valve since my early 20's. Never knowing when or if you can perform is humiliating. I have been married and divorced four times! Due in part to ED. I have used injections and most all of the meds available. But now even those do not work. But, hope is on the horizon!! I am scheduled for an implant this coming Wednesday, July 17th!! I am more optimistic now than I have ever been and am so happy for the advancements in medical procedures!!!

Well I've made it home and am just going to rest and watch TV. Things have already improved dramatically, no more IV, catheter and scrotal drain: peeing on my own with minimal pain. I am about 60% inflated and will be for the next 3 weeks until my follow up. I'm not sure what type of clothes I'll have to wear to hide my semi though. I'm a driver for Lyft and uber and don't want people seeing my erection that never goes down lol.
Bandages come off tomorrow and taking my first shower, pain isn't bad at all at this point

Hope you are healing well. I waited a long time to get an implant. I had suffered some atrophy going from 6.25 to 5.75. Luckily surgeon got me to 6. You will be very satisfied you didnt wait. BEST OF LUCK.

So what was your implant and size? I was left inflated at 80-90% and it got excruciating painful as weeks went on. I had to use pain pills. I wore loose fitting gym shorts and long overhanging shirt. There is no hiding it. Most of the time I just stuck it out in the breeze. Any touching and I would go through the roof. Glad I was retired.

22 cm plus 1 cm rte.
I removed all the bandages and saw the size of my penis. Girth looks pretty good/normal and it's not all the way inflated but the length actually looks really bad from where it was before. He said it is 60% inflated. There is a lot of swelling everywhere so maybe the real length is being hidden a lot? I have a 125cc reservoir and 110 cc in the reservoir. I did stretch out to about 6.75" (bone pressed) shortly after using my VED about 8 hours before surgery but then did nothing until surgery. My doctor said it wouldn't make a difference either way because I still was getting morning erections while on cialis and was taking that for about 6 weeks leading up to surgery. But still at least I did the VED 8 hours before surgery, almost thinking I should have done it closer to surgery but he made it sound like it wouldn't matter either way. He said I could potentially lose up to 2 cm in length or lose none. Anyone have similar measurements? Or based off this how long do you think I'll probably be once recovered? Before when I'd have a good erection I was 6.25" bone pressed. I was nervous as hell going into surgery and had almost no blood in my penis, hoping I didn't lose more than a cm but it sure looks like i did.
