Injections work well for me when I hit the right spot, but I still have difficulty with it. Despite being young I have an essential tremor (my hands shake without reason or any underlying condition). It gets worse when I'm nervous or trying to be precise.

Or you just hit or grazed a small capillary or tiny vein. Use the best light possible, natural and bright, and study the target. And I still get a drop or two half the time. The small 1/4" dia bruises usually fade away in 2-3 days, realy for he next round.

My first 11 injections caused no bruising. Then surprise, both of my last two caused significant bruising. They gradually went away over the course of a few days, and neither the injections or the bruises were at all painful. I have used cock rings before shot, after and not at all. I "think" they are more effective if put on after achieving a boner. I have a veinous leak, and they seem to help prolong the erection somewhat.

Well, with two cases of bruising in a row I'm going to stick with "you drilled a vein". If you have a third in a row I'm going to go with the "ask your doctor" suggestion as something else is probably going on.

Well, you should do the "ask your doctor" thing regardless.

My answer is "not very". I've injecting 3-4 times a week for almost 10 years. I seldom get a bruise, but when I do, it lasts a couple of days and goes away. I asked my doc about it and he said not to worry unless it didn't fade pretty quickly and to make sure I was alternating sides.

I have been using Trimix for about six years with pretty good success. Here's what I have learned.
1.) Get rid of the auto injectors, the bruising is caused by the needle penetrating a vein. With the injectors, you almost always hit a vein because you cannot aim it properly. Fill the syringe and carefully place the needle where there are no visible veins. That will cut down 90% of the bruising. Push the plunger slowly.
(Make sure you are placing the needle in the correct position, if your off, it won't work at all).
2.) Use a cock loop at the base to hold the solution where it needs to be for about 15 minutes or until things work and it starts to feel uncomfortable.
3.) Your Doctor can prescribe more powerful mixes which take smaller amounts and is more economical.
4.) If things aren't working, order a fresh batch. Fill the syringes and put them in the freezer, they will last longer.
5.) Sometimes I use LabitoMax (Walmart) as well. Take one about 4 hours prior, that really gives it a boost.
6.) If I'm still having problems, I'll give it a rest for a few weeks, usually that resets things and it works again.
7.) The hard spot from the injection goes away after a week or so, I've had many and they always disappear after a couple weeks.
8.) Don't masturbate, things work much better if it's been a week since my last orgasm.

The reason I use an auto injecor is that I have an essential tremor. My hands shake with no underlying cause. Obviously this is worse when I'm focusing on something like injecting a needle in my skin, but it happens with other activities as well. I don't see not using one as a good option as my hand will shake and move the needle around.
Mid 30's. I have had ED for years after a couple of injuries. Suspected venous leak.

I tried an auto injector today and it bruised the hell out of my dick and didn't work. Probably my fault but that's beside the point.
Anybody know how to clear up the bruise faster?
