Hi Frenchboy,

Do you think that fully inflating the implant will restrict your venous outflow resulting in some degree of tumescence?

I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. Do you have glans erection?
I don't have an implant yet.

In fact implant help ro restrict circumflex vein which plays a role in glans tumescence.
With a misplaced eroded implant I had pink pale / grey glans when normal, and a bit better when pumped.
With a well placed implant the basal bloodflow and sensivity is much better. And while aroused and pumped could be like red (red wine)
