I will for sure update. Thw first day was painfull but after 24 after surgery everyrhing just calmed down for me. Now the pain and discomfort keeps getting less and less per every hoir.

Well I actually could have a really hard erection with plenty of pills.
And a couple of months before surgery i didn´t use pills at all (and did not have sex) with my girl.
But it turned out that I had morning erections some times. I was hard but I would loose it really fast. waaaay to fast for sex.

still...yes pills worked for me if I used a lot, but managing the timing of when to take them in a steady relationship took all the spontaneity away. Plus a wide range of horrible side effects made them an option that was not for me anymore.

Plus I have PE so when we had sex with a hard dick I came so fast.

There fore the only option for me is Implant. What is your biggest fear?

According to your post, you had surgery two days ago, so you really don't know the results. As one who had a fractured penis caused severe Peronies curvature (both hourglass shape, and 30 degree curve at the base along with a 10 degree curve the other way at the distal end), who received Xiaflex shots and an implant from a doctor who did not do the implant correctly (one side is 1/4" longer than the other, it was undersized, and the guy did not fill the reservoir with enough fluid to fill the device) I could not be more happy. I have a penis that becomes erect upon demand. I am 60 years old, and I can, with my implant, outperform any 18 year old! How cool is that? I don't have to worry about how much sleep I have had, how much I have had to drink, what I have had to eat, Junior stands at attention, hard as steel, anytime I want, for as long as I want. You will LOVE it. To all of you who don't have implants: Eat your hearts out....

All kidding aside, think about how much more you will enjoy sex, and how much better of a lover you will be, when you don't have to even think about your erection, knowing there is 100% certainty junior will stay hard for as long as you want. Yes, I would like to have the penis I had when I was in my 20's, but I absolutely LOVE what my implant has done for me. As I explained to a friend, it is like walking down the street with a gun in your pocket. You have confidence that nobody can mess with you. Yeah I`m 3 days post surgery.
I´m super happy, very little pain and two little tiny 1 cm bruises. thats all.

Activation on day 4 with dr EID in his office.

I´m semi inflated now and it looks stunning and I have to really look for bruises.
