Pouch underwear
Pouch underwear
Im curious if any of you guys have tried the pouch underwear that puts mans best friend in a little opening? I wonder if they would be comfortable on an all day basis? Anyone tried them?
Age 71, diagnosed with prostate cancer 5 years ago. Had surgery and radiation to kill cancer cells. Have had problems with ED ever since. Pills worked ok for a while, Pumped but did not like the" choke hold" of the bands.. Trimix is great!

Re: Pouch underwear
I have not tried those. It seems most men's penises retract and expand a lot during the day. Many men could not keep their penis in that hole. I was at the American urological Association meeting in Chicago last May. This company was there. https://www.ufmunderwear.com/ it is amazing. Adjustable pouch...and it helps to even adjust it during the day. I don't endorse things officially, but this underwear is amazing. Star Athletes wear it. I think it would be perfect for any genital surgery for men - implant, varicocele, vasectomy, etc.

Re: Pouch underwear
I ordered some of these ( David Archy Men's 4 Pack Micro Modal Separate Pouch Briefs with Fly ) before implant surgery and now they are all I wear. I LOVE them. Snaking my "snake" out of the fly on tighty whities is insane compared to how easy it is with the David Archy undies. I wear them all day everyday at work or at home. No I don't get any money or anything for supporting them, I'm just really impressed with them. So impressed I have 8 pair and as stated above, they are all I wear.

Re: Pouch underwear
I have been wearing the David Archy product for a year now. They are very comfortable particularly in the hot summer weather.
71 years of age, afflicted with ED in my late 40’s and treated with Viagra. Started treatment for hypertension at the age of 50; diagnosed with PC at age 50, RP at age of 51 years.
Re: Pouch underwear
I've been wearing those David Archy 2-pouch underwear since the day I could deflate my implant. I find them very comfortable. They do hold the dick a little more forward, so it leads the way a little more than usual, but the comfort is worth it. The pouch the penis slides into is long enough to allow expansion, but it bends the dick down, so would not be suitable for using with an erection, but then, what is?
I haven't tried the kind Paula discusses, but I'll look into them.

I have my pouch briefs made by Buffedbod. They are made of cotton not Lycra and they are very comfortable
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.
Re: Pouch underwear
LOL, I went to the Buffedbod site. I don't think I'll be ordering anything from there. Older guys with a gut should be incarcerated if they wear that stuff. There's no way I could pull off that look. Don't think I'd want to anyhow, although I wish I at least had the body that that could pull it off if I had the desire to. That ship sailed many years ago.
I did order one trial pair of the UFM Paul mentioned. I have heat rash issues when doing extended work outside in the summer. Worth a shot to see if they help. I usually use the Jockey Pouch but working outside they just get too soaking wet. We'll see.

Re: Pouch underwear
I started wearing Sheath brand pouch briefs a few months ago. I find the separation more comfortable. My cock stays put in the front pounce with no problem. They are comfortable for all day wear. And they look good too.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

Re: Pouch underwear
I just started wearing Separatec boxer briefs. Mr. Johnson now has his own home, and the twins have theirs. Mr. Johnson is very happy.
Have seen dual pouch underwear on line for quite a while and thought they were weird. Shouldn’t have waited so long.
