How much does it grow when you inflate it?

Agree that girls like the girth more than the length. That being said, does the glans grow as well or with an implant it just stays the same?

Glans unlikely to increase in size. Think about it. How could an impact accomplish that?

There are injections or the glans that can give firmness but the only last a few months and I don’t know if they affect size at all, though.

I can report that my glans engorges. I couldn’t believe it, but it did. I even tried three times to see if it was true. So hopefully it will still engorge in the future. I’m currently about 50 percent inflated and got surgery on Monday. Been driving the doctors crazy with all kinds of questions. FT is invaluable. I guess I’m still scared, and have to see mine full inflated to really understand what it is.

If it's engorging now I'm sure it will continue, I don't understand why it wouldn't..

The implant doesn't influence the glans one way or the other, so if you had glans engorgement before, then you would after.

This is close to my heart as I don't have glans engorgement, so even after an implant it's not going to come back.
I though perhaps you had regained glans engorgement through the implant, I'm disappointed that this is not the case. Sad times for me.

Havent measured my post-girth but I was 4.5 before. Gained some nice girth and overall it looks a lot fuller than before. I have a Titan. 6 inches fully inflated.

Hello everyone, I inflated it today for the first time. I was scared because I thought the deflated was the seize. I didn’t measure it, but by sight I’m the same length as I was pre op but with more girth. So I’m happy with the results so far. So my question, does it expand? I think it does.

What implant do you have? Titan and AMS CX re (pretty much) the same length inflated or not, depending on how much wrinkling (accordion folding) takes place. The AMS LGX can also expand in length a little bit in the weave.

Which do you have? They can all make your penis functionally longer.

A Titan 22 cms. And must be the accordion effect because it grew significantly in length and girth. And you’re right, I can feel the accordion in the base.
