Didn't have much to begin with, was only 5.5 to start with. Now I'm working with 4.5 sideways, sex is impossible.

If the tunica is stretched out to the max by the implant, I would want to know how it got shortened. Previously, your skin was stretched out to be wrinkle-free and now is has accordioned up to that short shaft length. That ain't right.
I don't have any experience (or useful advice) for crying out "medical mistake/misadventure", but a consult with an attorney (not preparing for a lawsuit, but merely to review your options for making a claim to your insurance company or how to negotiate with your surgeon) might be appropriate. Most legal work is negotiating, not trial work/suing.
