storaging Trimix in a power failure
My power was off for 4 days. After about a hour off, I pack the Trimix vial in ice and it was iced for 4 days. Do you think the Trimix is still good? How long can it be off refrigeration? Can it be frozen? if so how long to defrost?

I experienced the same. Power outage for 3 days, I kept my trimix in the middle of a bag of ice the whole time, and renew the bag every day. So I hope it stayed refrigerated at 32 degrees which is even better than the usual 42 that the fridge has to offer.
I usually keep it breezed and thaw it when needed. I did at least 20 freeze and thaw cycles with and worked perfectly. A 5ml vial takes 15 min to thaw completely when submerge in room temperature water.
I used and refreeze immediately.

When i got my first vial, I was not aware that Trimix needed to be refrigerated. I kept it at room temperature (79 degrees) and didn't notice any reduction in effectiveness for about two months.
I recently started using a new compounding pharmacy which ships their Trimix frozen. The instructions caution against refreezing it more than once.

Instructions from my pharmacy are to keep it in the refrigerator, but do not freeze. These permutations are very interesting.

Mine Tri Mix #9 comes in a brown sealable pouch and states "STORE IN FREEZER - THAW BEFORE USE". If I stick the vial between my scrotum and penis, it will defrost in a quick few minutes and no freezing efects on the hardware. Also Freezing "pre filled" syringes for short travel weekends works well.
