Idea on what to ask for in mix

Planning on seeing doc in usa end of year and need stronger mix for sure i can get 30 to 45 min errection using 65 units of my mix AND 30 mg of VIAGRA so he will offer me the next up and that is 30/1/10 in my mind if that is double i am still at 35 units plus 15mg VIRGRA so i want to skip this and go to a times 2 mix to skip the V my current mix is 16.7/0.58/17. Any suggestions on what to ask for i can only see him once a year
