Hi all
I am 28, almost 29. When I was 23 my penis was injured during sex when girlfriend was on top. Ever since I have had bad erectile dysfunction, completely soft glans and indents. I dont get morning wood and if I do its a pathetic semi at best. Viagra or cialis cant get me hard.
The only thing that inflates my glans is VED. Is it worth trying trimix? Will it actually allow an injured penis to become properly erect?
Never had erectile dysfunction problems before my injury. Just looking for solutions. Cant use VED at moment as I have edema so letting that heal.
Does Trimix work for soft glans?
Re: Does Trimix work for soft glans?
There is no way to know if it will help you until you talk to your Uro, see what he/she says and maybe give it a try. The injections are not intended to specifically help the glans as it's a different structure than where you do injections.

There is a product called Trimix Gel which is inserted into the urethra. Since the corpus spongiosum surrounds the urethra and since the glans is part of the corpus spongiosum, this product might erect the glans. I personally have no experience with it. The cost of it seems somewhat high. Another possibility is the MUSE pellet, which is also inserted in the urethra and might function the same way. MUSE is also fairly expensive. From what I have read, both of these don't really get the PGE-1 into the corpora cavernosa, which are the main erection cylinders in the shaft of the penis. My guess would be that you would need Trimix injection into these as well. As bldoink said, you need to consult a urologist who is knowledgeable about sexual matters.
