Just posting this just now. I have spent the last 2 weeks getting tests done at the Cardiologist
When I started taking Quad mix I had a normal heart beat. normal sinus rhythm. I was attempting to get clearance for surgery for my implant and I have developed Atrial Flutter that could become A Fib. The cardiologist said that the atropine is probably to blame. I had a reaction to it after a couple of months that caused me to have tachycardia but I sort of worked through that. Now 3 weeks since my last injection and the flutter is still with me and could actually be permanent now. I may require heart surgery. I cannot find a Urologist that with attest to this but here are some cardiologist that I have found that will.
I am not sure if I had some kind of rare reaction to the atropine but I wanted to post this so that anyone that is out there taking it or thinking of taking it knows that this has at least happened to me. Pretty scary stuff.

Wishing you best of luck and recovery.
That's scary, but I think it's important to say you're not sure that's the cause. I often hear penile injections have way less unwanted side effects compared to oral pde5 inhibitors, but I'm still not quite sure. It's on my to do list to thoroughly research each ingredient in injections.

The Cardiologist is saying that he is 90% sure it was the Atropine. He saw me just before I started from the tri mix to the Quad mix
And 8 months later Atrial flutter is permanent. What he is saying is that there is no way to know how common this is but the effect of that ingredient is to directly stimulate the heart.

Jeez.. so sorry to hear but thanks for warning us. I guess I need to look more into quadmix before I ever go that route. I think trimix/bimix is the most popular because I hear about it much more than other mixes. Sometimes sticking with what's most popular or what's been used longer is usually safer.

Hi OP
Thanks for posting. What is atropine in? Is it just quadmix is is trimex got it as well? I’ve never used injections before as I figure they won’t work for me if cialis and viagra doesn’t either
I am 28 and also have atrial fibrillation and have been taking medication for it everyday for a year now. So definitely am interested to hear your thoughts. Sorry to hear you’ve got
It too. It can be hella scary

Zeck,
Don't assume that because pills are failing for you, trimix won't work for you. Just a guess, but I'd venture to say that somewhere close to 90 percent of the successful trimix users on this board started on pills and moved to injections after the pills quit working.
There are, of course, a significant number of other men for whom neither pills nor injections do the job. You can find many of them in the implant section of Frank Talk. However, a goodly number of those implant guys report spending several successful years on injections before needing to make the implant move.
Good luck in making your choices.

Atropine is in Quadmix but not Trimix.
I’m very sorry the OP has developed afib, but just because two things happen at the same time (afib developing, atropine use) doesn’t mean one caused the other. I understand an MD said he is 90% sure...
Atropine use is not rare. Atropine eye drops are used EVERYDAY by MANY people at much higher doses. 1% atropine = 10mg/cc = 10,000mcg/cc. With virtually no incidence in the literature of it causing afib. Meanwhile quadmix is 200mcg or 400mcg/cc and most people are injecting a fraction of a cc. And they are using quadmix every other day max (usually less frequently than that). The half-life of atropine is 2 hours so it’s gone pretty quickly.
All of that to say, that although it’s technically possible atropine caused afib it would be extremely rare, not reason for everyone to abandon using quadmix.
I’m not a cardiologist. Take my post with a grain of salt. If you have concerns about atropine/quadmix use, consult your urologist and cardiologist.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

My penis broke due to a physical injury during sex. The only way I get inflated glans is with ved. Not with cialis or Viagra. Guess I could try trimix but I heard it doesn’t fix the soft glan issue
