Third Injection Ever, Penis Bent to One Side A Lot?? Suddenly...

Just curious as to what may have happened, maybe i injected incorrectly?

Im a pretty young guy and ive never had curvature, peyronies, or anything like that.. my understanding , peyronnies is a "disease" , or can start to occur after a lot of injections in some cases, and takes a while to develop, not something that happens immediately for the first time on a third injection out of nowhere, until i took my injection this evening, i have never seen any bends in my entire life, literally not even last night, all the sudden 45 degree bend!

Some backstory:
I got trimix low dose

1. First Injection: first time I ever injected I did 5 units and it wasnt enough, i got an erection lasting about 15-20 minutes that was semi-ok and thats it


2. Second Injection : second time i ever injected, i tried 10 units, this may have been "too much" im not sure.. i ended up with an erection that wouldnt go away, after about 2.5 hours i took 5 sudafed and within about 20 minutes the erection was basically completely gone, maybe all that was left was like a 2/10, it was still a little bit engorged, but soft enough where i could easily bend it in the middle completely, and i read "priapism" is at least 6/10 and strong enough for penetration, which i dont think it was it was for the most part "limp"after the sudafed and about 2:50 total time, then i went to sleep..

next day after though, my penis felt unusually a bit strange and numb, and next few times i masturbated, without any injections etc, as I am able to do that.. my penis just felt a bit "sore" like not really good..

After This: I gave injections a break for about 4 days although i still masturbate without injections daily, i didnt notice any unusual bends or anything while masturbating after this without injection, everything seemed as usual, except penis was just a little sore for like 2 days, the "numb" sort of odd feeling went away by mid day the following day after the injection.. after about 3 days everything felt essentially "totally normal"

Third Injection: third time I injected today, I tried 7 units, I am still learning injection so I felt like i put the needle in too fast and it kind of skipped/bounced in and out or something and poked twice in one injection, I couldnt get a full erection ,instead i got a "chub" and it looked all deformed or something and it was sticking out almost 45 degrees to the left, opposite side of where i injected, and teh side i injected seemed to have been the only side filling up, then this quickly went away as if it "wasnt enough" , (the last time i did the 10 units, was on the left side , i did feel like i pulled it out a little wrong and it hurt a bit but nothing too crazy like bleeding or anything at that time, this is the side it was bending towards this time)

I freaked out at the deformed/ bent look i have never seen that before, i injected another 2.5 units immediately into the other side, and it got fully hard, it looked much straighter, almost totally straight, but maybe it was a little "swollen" still on the other side? or still just a little tad bit going to one side? although certainly much better than what alarmed me initially, but still bent maybe 15/20 degrees? Ive never seen this ever before.. like literally, never in my life had i seen any unusual bend in my penis until immediately after that third injection.. i literally masturbated the night before with no injection and did not see any bends whatsoever

so my total was about 10 units with two injections (I know im not supposed to take two at once but i freaked out with the bend and wanted to try other side immediately.. ill have to give it a few days break now) and it wasnt "Enough" i got a good erection like 15-20 minutes and then it went away..

so maybe it seems like i injected wrong? I know scarring/ peyronnies shouldnt develop after like 2 tiny injections of 5/10 units, and i dont think i got "priapism" if i had a hard on for about 2.5 hours-2:45 or so and then it went away with sudaffed, also, i didnt notice any bends masturbating after my 2nd injection without trimix, first time it happened was on my third trimix injection only.

Just not sure what happened, lets just say it did freak me out a bit though... can anyone fill me in? maybe i have to call my doctor?

That is odd, but if your having issues, I would slow down or stop masterbating until you get answers, may not be helping. As you know uro has the first day and maybe someone in here has an explanation of there issue of the same.lot of veteran injectors here but haven't seen much post activity lately. Where are they? I know it's hard to leave alone as I like it also quite a bit, but just saying that's what I would do. GL, hope everything fairs well with you.

Based on my experience, not my medical degree:

There is not likely a causal relationship between Trimix and a bent penis, esp not if "bent penis" has never presented itself previously. There MIGHT be a causal relations between INJECTION TECHNIQUE and a bent penis. I suspect that the root cause(s) of your issue may be (1) poor technique (2) 2 injections a few minutes apart (3) too much juice at one time (4) LOTS of competing chemicals in you system at one time.

Item the Second: Bent penis is an issue. Sore penis probably isn't. If you have reached the point where you legitimately need erection assistance, then your little man has not likely had a raging erection for some time. The first few you get using ANY chemical assistance--maybe even for a month or so--you can expect some soreness. It's like going back to the gym after a year away. Or like spring break--you should come home with a sore pecker and a grin on your face.

My advice includes: (1) Lay off of injections for 7 to 10 days. (2) Don't masturbate more than once a day. (3) For your next injection, start with your original dosage + 1 unit and be very careful about technique. (4) Proceed with subsequent injections at least 48 hours apart. (5) Increase dosage by ONLY 1 unit at a time until you hit your happy place.

If the bent penis continues, call your urologist. Do not pass Go; do not collect $200.

Thanks yea, I may have injected wrong, it really freaked me out ill have to monitor the situation, but i hope this is the issue.. because the last time 5 units got me a good erection for like 15-20 minutes, this time i did not get a good erection i just got a chub where it looked like only one side of my penis filled out and got large and it bent out at a 45 degree angle while the other side remained unfilled..

i will watch those videos.

Yea i would be insanely freaked out if i suddenly got peyronies after just 2 trimix injections.. sure my technique wasnt the best and im still learning, but i wouldnt think after one sloppy injection it would create peyronies in 4 days.. my body doesnt have any unusual tendencies for scarring or anything that im aware of, i have cut myself many times in my body and i dont have any scars at all. i have NEVER had any unusual curves before , not even the night before as i have stated.. literally after that injection was first time ive ever seen that, also the site where i injected seemed a bit swollen and blue, maybe i messed up and caused some bleeding.. this is the side which filled up..

and thanks for letting me know about sore penis, yes i was worried about it but it was never "painful" if anything it felt slightly good.. but i just wasnt sure if this was a serious problem

like i said second time i got this erection it lasted about 2:45, but i dont think this would cause or count as "priapism"

i really dont like injections, but hey, nobody does, viagra helps me but it just "doesnt cut it" a lot of the time

Also note that alprostadil (one of the tri-mix ingredients) is known to produce an ache that affects a lot of guys initially, myself included. Many, myself included, slowly get over that reaction with use. It's no longer an issue with me if I inject the drugs slowly. Unfortunately some guys, a minority, never get over the ache and have to use another option.

After my second trimix injection my penis leaned to the left slightly, it never happened to me before. When I take Cialis or levitra it gets hard but straight. I'm freaking out, I told my Dr and he said not to worry, just stretch my penis to the right. He gave me 25 units per injection, I always stay hard after 2 hours, the first time I gave myself a shot of benadryl, the second b.c. time I took the pills that he gave me to put my "thing" down.
