How much Bi-Mix were you dosing? I was up to the 40 with Edex, nothing. When Dr. switched me to Tri-Mix, we did 10 Units in his office, Nothing, so he said go to 25 Units on my next attempt. I realize we looking forward to finding the correct dose, however, we also do not need a trip to the E.R. To err on the side of caution is what I am thinking. Wife did ask a short while ago when next "Shot" was going to happen, told her I was thinking about this evening. If I can't/won't rise to the occasion, I very much enjoy heading South on her.

I was thinking 10 units, or maybe 7 units. Don't know. My mix was last 45 units and not there, close, but not a ringer. Doubt I could penetrate, still bendable. The problem is it's not making the base of shaft very hard by the bulba ( the bump that gets hard to help hold blood in dick) . I'm doing also tonight, will let you know. I hope we both can achieve the great pole dance. My wife won't try until it's hard enough to use, last time I tried with her had to about use an Xtra ram rod to get it in there and she said it hurt. We haven't been able to have penetrable sex in 3 yrs, so her vagina is smaller until I can stretch it out,lol.

Oh ya, the tri mix I got today wasn't 30/1/20. It is 2nd next dose out of the 4 different strengths. 30/1/10.

bldoink figured out what my Tri-mix is, 30/.5/10, from what I told him was written on the bottle from the Compounding Pharmacy.
Looks like my mix is slightly less than yours.

Well another short evening, like Matt says, no joy. Did 10 units and it was like when I did 35 units of bi mix. 6 " semi went down quickly. Neeeext! A little ache in left chamber, but hardly noticable, but still there. Back to protocol.

I'be been following this topic. It sounds like my story. I'm finally getting great results with a stronger scrip. It's 30 mg/2mg/10mc. I inject .40 units and wear a leather cock ring. My syringe is 1/2" long and 30G.

50 Units last night and sadly, again, No Joy! I guess I'll be calling and leaving a message at Doctor's office tomorrow and let him know my latest failed attempt and ask if time to move up in strength.
Also, have a question: Keeping my Tri-Mix in freezer and put in refrigerator to thaw for about an hour, load up my syringe with my Units, and then Tri-Mix back in freezer till next time. Question, does the thawing & freezing effect potency of the Tri-Mix?

That's a good question Matt, I would like to know about that also, cause I'm only buying the 2 ml vial until I get where I need to be, but ya, if I were you I would get a hold of uro and get that dose upped. In fortunately you probably got a bunch left over, can have a lot of solo with that if you get new script, lol.

According to my pharmacist repeated thawing and refreezing does break down the drugs. Is it freezing solid? I keep the vial I'm currently using in the front of the freezer where it doesn't solidify. The rest goes in the back where it does freeze solid. My mix is in saline which probably lowers the freeze point. If your mix is just plain bacteriostatic water it might freeze solid in both places. You're kind of in a conundrum while trying to determine dose as you can't fill syringes in advance.
