Inplant hype
Is it really that simple. You have ed problems. You go get an implant and the thing works for 10 years and you just get revisions and everything is ok. There aren't any daily complications? If it goes out in 2 years do you have to pay the full price again? Are doctors like eid and Kramer able to restore a man to his full potential over and over again without botching them because I'm only 32. And if the pills dont work for me inplant is my only option because I dont wanna do shock or injections. I've heard one guy talk about his horrible experience but everyone else seems to be happy as ever with their implants. I dont want to be eating pussy for the rest of my life while my woman steps out and gets her some D and I have to be understanding because I cant (sinerio) but you understand. People with implants and the scare of revisions talk to me. I wanna know the real.

If you need a revision, the cost is less cuz the device itself has a lifetime warranty. As of a few years ago, a revision with an ams device was about 8k less than original surgery. I was implanted at age 35 and I’m happy.

+1
Some insurance plans are friendlier to replace a device than on the original installation. So even if you get stuck in a self pay situation the first time. You might get help on the replacement surgery.
Standard disclaimer. It is generally considered wise to exhaust the viable non implant options before getting an implant. Generally accepted to be at least the ed pills & injections.
No one has said that this is an easy decision. But the forum archives are loaded with men that say if their implant failed today. They'd be sitting in a surgeons office tomorrow. To me, that sounds like some really satisfied men (along with lots of happy women).
What more of a testimonial are you looking for?

Re: Inplant hype
Like with any surgery there are risks involved. These risks are low but can happen.
You need to decide on remaining as you are or getting an implant and being able to fuck until the cows come home.
Most of the guys have tried pills and injections for years before getting an implant ( In many cases pills and injections
become hit and miss and less effective over time)

I think the patient/partner satisfaction rate w/ implants is well over 90%. The main thing you want to do is get the right surgeon as IMHO the procedure is as much an art as it is science. Here's the "real"...the pills worked for me for a few years...then Type II diabetes took its toll & it was then either injections or an implant. The very concept of injections was a total buzzkill for me w/injection side effects/downside of potential damage w/ use over time. Went with Kramer & the AMS 700LGX...he did a fantastic job...wife said after our initial sessions that it was the best sex she ever had...mission accomplished. Get the right surgeon & go for it...one of the constant refrains here on FT is that "I should've done this years ago"...
...69 years old, married over 30 years, serious ED for around 10 years. AMS 700 LGX 21 cm +3 cm RTE implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer on Dec 7, 2016.

The info that you've said is what I wanted. Thanks guys. You know with this type of issue we have is expensive and doctors/urologist are willing to lie, lie lie to get your funds. Then it's an embarrassing issue so you dont know anyone who has it or whom to turn to for answers. So, you listen to you doctor, take all of the pills injections etc then eventually they stop working or you simply just dont like using them. But its ok because their is always hope with the inplant. But their are some stories of implants that are terrifying. I heard about one guy who hurts to inflate years after his surgery. Then some guys who after surgery still have to use pumps, pills, injections and the craziest even a cock ring to stay hard post inplant. Not to mention the loss of length and girth that pretty much everyone says happens. It can be discouraging. Not enough for me not to get it lolll. But never the less discouraging just dealing with it now trying treatments that others said didnt work for them and all of the time and hard work it takes to save up 20k so you can have a world class surgeon when time comes. It's all hard.

My opinion is you should try injections first, they are not bad at all if you know a few tricks on how to do them. If they don't work then go for an implant. The reason is who knows what research will bring about for ed. At your age you would need several revisions. Jim

Lots of people are really happy with their implants. If the time comes for me, that’s what I will do as well.
Exhaust all other possibilities first.
I was initially freaked out by the thought of injections but discovered that it’s no worse than a mosquito bite and I end up with my natural dick hard like I was 17 again. Once you do an implant there is no turning back so give yourself at least one try with Bimix/trimix, whatever your urologist suggests before you move on.

Re: Inplant hype
I am very sorry to heard your are experiencing ED problems being so young.
I can understand you are not too exited about trying injections, I was the same way, got implanted the first week of July and so far I am very happy with the results; however, there are few things I strongly advise you to consider before getting one implant:
- your penis may not look the same as before, in my case I am about 3/4 of an inch shorter than I was when pills worked for me, but I really donot care as I went from being impotent to having an erection at anytime; which I find very empowering.
- having sex is not the same as before, right now I am experiencing some pain but thanks to the information available in this forum I am hopeful it will get better with time.
- the process is not reversible and being so young you may want to try injections and determine how they fit in your life style, keep in mind if you try them and you are not satisfied you can always get the implant, but once you get the implant that is it.
I wish you the best of lucks in your journey to find a solution to your ED.

I encourage you to read the peer-reviewed medical literature available on line. These are medical journals written by Researchers and Doctors for other researchers and Doctors. Peer-reviewed publications are pretty darned reliable and accurate. They discuss things like patient (and partner) satisfaction as well as surgical choices and techniques. They do not sugar-coat their results, either.
They will give you a factual basis on which to make your judgments rather than the anecdotal testimonies you find here. Having said that, the testimonies here are pretty truthful.
