There was a similar post but not quite the understanding that I wanted to know. My question, i have heard that the right pill combination has worked for many folk for many years. I have also heard people say that injections have worked for them for years. My question here, has anyone tried anything else outside of getting the inplant that worked for them long term?

When the poll and injections stopped working, I settled on the Vacuume Erection Device with constriction ring. Lots of information in the Pumping category.

For me, the right pill combination was Cialis + oral phentolamine mesylate (brand names Vasomax, Vigamed). Brilliant results!

Everyone is different though, so reactions may vary. Moreover, combining different drugs may increase the risk of side effects (e.g. hypotension, headaches).
