I measures around the middle, if you are tapered your could measure at the base. interesting subject though , not much discussion on the one.

I think the consensuses is the middle.

My girlfriend likes the feel of the widest part of the glans. So, measuring around the coronal ridge might be appropriate.
One could measure at the base, middle and right behind the glans and average the three.
One could measure girth every quarter inch along the entire shaft length and average all of them.
I was a measurement professional for years (surveyor) and understand the value of comparison, and also measure A LOT (because it is in my nature). So, appreciate the question and the drive to answer it. But I also understand that obsessing over one's size (or weight, or age, or blood chemistry or salary anything else) can interfere with one's clear view of oneself and one's goals and even become unhealthy in extreme cases.

Measure whereever you like. Measure around the thickest part if you want bragging rights. Most of the penis enlargement sits focus on mid shaft girth.

What is the purpose of the measurement? I measured mine once as girth was a topic of conversation. I'm pretty girthy but I don't remember the measurement but I went mid point and was over 6". If you're doing it for some sort of before and after measurement I guess how doesn't matter as long as you are consistent in method. If you're wanting to compare to other dicks found in the wild I think mid point is the standard. If taking a measure for medical purposes, then ask the medical professional what method to use.

Guess it depends on WHY you are measuring.
If it's for some jewelry, piercing or something similar, measure at the appropriate place that the thing goes on.
If it's about the girth your partner feels, measure at the thickest since that's what they feel the most.

40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Get an erection, stick it some plaster of paris or mold paper mache around it or some other way of making a mold. Then let the erection down, withdraw your penis and fill the mold with plaster of paris.
