55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

Had the PA before the implant, the wife and love it so we both hope it can go back in. She also likes my improved look said it’s hard not to play with it since I’m wondering around the house in a robe or less and my cock leading the way

Put some clothes on today and went for a little shopping trip, wife doing the lifting I just had to get out of the house
I slipped into some briefs pointing my cock toward the navel pulled on some shorts. I should have grabbed a picture as it forms a nice bulge in them.
We went to one store and I had to come home junior didn't like being pulled up and aimed that way. I know I need to do it as the doctor aid it needs to done or it'll heal pointing down a little but it's something I'll have to work on.
