Lately, with EDEX starting to work less and less reliably, i've been using cockrings almost every time we have sex. I also use them without medication, to induce a semi-rigid erection suitable for a blowjob, handjob or just some fun with it being semi-hard and much bigger.

I use general store-bought or on amazon rings, nothing too fancy. I haven't really had much trouble. Once or twice my dick went a big purple/blue, so i removed the ring to avoid damage. My biggest trouble is my dick is very small so finding a ring tight enough is a bit hard. Most things are too large even when i am full-erect after injection.

Osbon tension bands are the only constriction bands that work for me. Sensitivity starts to diminish after ten minutes and my erection becomes numb after 20 minutes. It needs to be removed between 20 to 30 minutes to avoid injury.

For a very tight ring, such as is used with a VED as the only means of achieving any erection, I think 20 min is the recommended maximum time limit. I've been known to do the 15 or 20 min, take it off to let some fresh blood in to replace the oxygen depleted blood and then crank it back up again and reapply the ring for another go at it. That is not medical advice. It's just my personal experience. You should ask your doctor.

Hi yes i use a VED first, remove from VED then fit ring.

Generally, if using a VED as your primary method of achieving an erection, you place the ring on the VED, pump up your dick and then slide the ring off your VED (while still pumped up) onto your dick, then release and remove the VED.

yes i have tried that way, but found my glans was to hard, so now i remove VED and let the pressure die down a bit, then fit the ring, no way is this perfect cos still not getting a fully hard erection.

I have tried cock rings in the past and I don't like them. They are uncomfortable and you shouldn't wear them for too long, they may cause injuries.
