Pee dripping or drizzling with ED vs after implant

Hey guys,

I’ve noticed that since I got ED, after I pee, it’s really not finished. It feels like there’s still some left so I have to squeeze my penis and also press an area below my scotrum to push any remaining pee out. Even if I do that, I feel that afterwards when I wear a pant, a drop or two comes out and leaves spots in my pants. I find this very annoying. Do you think this will be fixed after an implant, or will it remain the same? Please share your experiences, what happened in your case? I would really appreciate it if you guys can take some time out to answer this.

Based on my experience dripping has nothing to do with ED, in my case it was related to a large prostate when I was about 38 years old.

I do not want to alarm you but you should check with your doctor just to be on the safe side.

It actually is correlated with ED, and correlates to a dysfunction of the corpus spongiosum.

I had/have the same, vein ligation did improve it.

I also seemed to have that issue with ed. Since my implant I am not having the issue any more. When I pee I finish put it away and am not dripping. No idea if implant has anything to do with it but it is better now.

I ended up moving to pretty much all dark colored pants.

I have the same problem. What i do is carry a small face cloth in my pocket ( Cut to side 75cm x 75cm approx ) and wrap it around my cock after i piss. It absorbs any remaining after drops which could show from the front of your pants.

Implant made it worse for me. Was not wearing Shields before implant. Also I dribble lots of piss when I orgazim. Wife does not like this at all. Used to judge dog trials. Had to ride a Quad for 8 hrs a day mostly standing up to get a better view. Just dribbles constantly. Much worse as I tire. Life sucks with cancer.

I use toilet paper. Ever time I go to pee I just get about 4 sheets or so (depending on the tp) to wrap the head. That way I can through the damp old tp away and use new dry sheets. Of course it depends on how bad the problem is. This way I do not have to carry anything with me. Only problem would be if there is no toilet paper.

Post prostate removal I did three months of physical therapy developed to stop leaking, and it worked. Really well. Completely dry. Got my implant, started leaking again. Physical therapy provided marginal improvement. Ultimately had a urethral sling implanted, which is 99% effective. The only leakage I have now is post-urinating, if I don't do "urethral stripping" (milking the urine out). Only a few drops, but will stain clothes. I make sure to use an ultralight pad if I am going out for insurance. Normally it's dry at the end of the day, but insurance. Also use deodorant kind, makes sure you don't smell like an old diaper at the end of the day...
