Injecting PMMA enhanced penis with Trimix ?

Hello everyone

         I have had two rounds of dermal fillers injected under my penis shaft skin to gain girth.
         
         Has anyone with penis fillers have injected medicines on their penis..if yes any risk/recommendations?

         Should I opt for a longer needle to cater for the extra skin thickness due PMMA?
