I get a great erection with Trimix and a cock and balls ring. About 50% of the time I wear my wife out and I cannot achieve an orgasm. Is this a side effect of Trimix? Today we went at it for 45 minutes off and on pardon the pun and while she had several orgasms after 45 minutes she said I can't take anymore pounding. She then tried to finish me off by hand and then mouth. No luck. I never had this problem with Viagra. This situation has only occurred since starting Trimix about two years ago.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.

Yeah, it can be an issue. Try to use the least juice needed to do the job.

Yes! I have had this problem more times than I can count. My wife has told many of her friends that I absolutely wear her ass out in the bedroom. I found this to be a problem with Trimix. Revaluate how much your using and see if coming down some might help. I just found this to be one of the problems with using this medication.

Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

71 years old in 2018; married 49 years. ED since 2001. PD5 inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) worked with increasing dosages until side effects got too bad by 2017. Now using Trimix injections. Delayed ejaculation has been a continuing problem since 2012.
