Anybody thats running marathon or doing Iron man that have an implant?
Does an implant limit this types of activities?

Not at all.
High impact sports like boxing, might, where a blow directly to the reservoir might be risking damage, but I have heard of NO normal activities limited by implantation.
Competitive open ocean kayaking might stress the muscles around the reservoir. But I doubt it.
Rodeo (Bucking Bronc or Bull Riding) might give impacts to the scrotum or penis.
Weight lifting might require some caution
But muscle efforts by a fully-recovered man is unlikely to stress any part of a properly implanted implant greater than the man's natural tissues. Violent sports notwithstanding.
