I need some help

hi guys im in a really bad spot right now. about 3 months ago i sustained an injury using a VED and everything has gone downhill since. pills do not work anymore at all. i have seen 2 doctors are they have mostly dismissed my concerns and after a 10 minute consult, given me pentoxyfilline and told me to come back in 6 months. they have refused to do any diagnostic tests and they say my problem is merely psychogenic. this is destroying my life and i dont know what to do. i dont have the capacity to travel to get another opinion and supposedly the urologists ive seen are the best in my area. the pentoxyfilline that i have been taking has had no effect, and i dont have any diagnosis on what is actually wrong. i fear that the longer my penis stays in this shrunken state it will do permenant damage. i dont know what to do anymore, i feel trapped and i cant get the medical care that i need. i know that the problem is not psychogenic because i know my body. every day that goes on i feel more depressed, ive taken some extended leave from work but i will have to go back soon and i am not in a good head space. i feel suicidal all the time but i feel like if i can get an implant there is some hope but my doctors are not willing to help me

First of all, don't even think in suicide. Everything has a solution, except suicide.

I'm in Brisbane Australia. I know I won't do it but it seems like time is running out and every day that goes by I lose a little hope. there are good implant surgeons in my country but I cant get to them because at 27 no doctor will take me seriously

Here is my advice: find a good doctor in Australia. Go to see him. Talk with him. A good doctor will take you seriously have you 27 or 18. Age is not determinant: your capacity to have sex is. Even the cause is not determinant. In my case, I had no aparent phisical impediment: no lack of testosterone, no venous leak, no perynoie, no high pressure, no diabetes, no prostatectomy, no cholesterol. Just a trasplant (which may or not be the cause) and a great psycological mental block that didn't let me have erections. As no psycotherapy nor pharpaterapy worked, implant was my last chance.

And for sure, it will be yours if no other method works. You only need to find a good doctor. And for sure, there are some of them in Australia.

Do you guys have a high volume surgeon? I believe I saw videos from Dr. love or Dr. Hart or some other romantic sounding name like that? that is absolutely careless for A doctor to ignore you when you say a part of your body hurts and it’s not working to prescribe you a completely irrelevant drug… proper protocol would be to send you for the tests that you need before prescribing you anything… Find the root of the problem... it’s a simple 15 minute test… I would try to find other family practice or a high-volume surgeon “any doctor really other than these guys who can get you where you need to go“ i’m not much older than you and went through the same initial bullshit of everyone blaming my mind even when I was going through dialysis, congestive heart failure, and an array of other things… eventually, I talked to this beautiful young endocrinologist about it because I didn’t know where else to turn… She rub my shoulders and said she couldn’t imagine living with that situation and no one deserves it especially not someone who should be in their sexual peak… She wrote scripts for every test and figured out the root of the problem… no other questions asked… i’m 32 now… I was implanted three weeks ago from the day… it took a little work but please please do not give up! If you ever need to bounce anything off of anyone, I’m here for you 100%, my friend…

Also, the point of the high-volume surgeon wouldn’t necessarily be a visit but maybe a phone call to see where he or she would get this process rolling… They’ve seen most everything and could probably even give you pointers to avoid the whole psychological blame game…

OK. Would you describe exactly what happened.....what current symptoms are, etc. You said shrunken penis? Sounds like Hard Flaccid - as some guys call it.
Don't freak out. tell us more. PM me if you want. You will be fine. WAY too early to be talking about implants.
Tell me what exactly happened, and what is going on now...in detail.

I used a bathmate (water pump) from time to time to just feel more full and it gave me stronger erections after. I think maybe that I held it too long or overdid it and my erection quality was really weak so I thought I just needed a rest and left it alone for about 3 weeks. after that no change, I decided to see a urologist who said it was psychogenic. second urologist gave me the pentox and some cialis. cialis worked marginally for about another month, but now even that doesnt work. my penis feels limp and cold, no morning wood and cant get hard. the sensation on the head is still there though. I keep hoping that just leaving it alone and resting it will help but I'm slowly losing hope
