After my 6 week recovery I am again sexually active. Regular cycling. Pump til you get discomfort. 2X a day and hold for 30 minutes. You will see initial gains and then over time slow but sure increase in length and girth. Think of it as working out. Hope this helps.

Gotta shake my head on this topic because I just communicated with Dr. Kramer on this...concerns about losing length and girth.
He said that the goal is to make it functional, and what I had before the other Dr. put in, will still have. Did quite a bit of pacing until he told me this. Don't know if he wants to see the pics, but I got them! I am above average, and got the pics to prove it, damnit, lol!
I told Dr. Kramer that I showed 1st Dr. what I had, 3" flaccid, and for some reason, they did not believe 8", even though they are in the business.

Why are you guys so worried about size. Its hardness and endurance that counts. You can be 9" but if you are not hard enough to penetrate or cant take time for the woman to cum, it wont matter.

Went for my implant consult a few weeks ago. The doctor told me he use the AMS implant because of the antibiotic coating. He has not had any infections this year. Length does play a roll in staying inside her vagina in some positions and girth affects sensation. My wife used to complain It was hard getting in when I was average, now I have to let her know I'm in. Hopefully it will improve

Good point but I pump until it won't let me pump no matter how hard I squeeze the ball and I haven't come close to discomfort yet??

Understand you are at the very beginning of your implant journey. This is new to you both physically and emotionally. The pump will be easier to operate in time. You will become more comfortable with the process. When you hit the wall pumping and feel you cannot get anymore pumps, wait ten minutes and try to pump more. Even 2-3 pumps is more. It really does take time as many of the brothers here will tell you in their many posts. Be patient. It wont happen overnight. It may not be natural and may not be what you once had, but it works and allows you and your partner to enjoy a physical relationship. Best to you.
