I was a grower, capable of 5-1/2" with decent girth, (my wife used to grimace as I entered). I've been cycling for 2 weeks and I haven't seen 4" yet, (and I guess I never will), and my wife now barely knows I've entered her. The AMS lgx can expand some but can not stretch your natural tunica. I came out of the operation with the same size I had with trimix injections. My tunica is stretched in girth to its fullest extent. BUT, what I am missing in girth is the natural blood filling I used to get because my nerves were removed during a prostatectomy. Old girth was around 5 1/2" now I am 4 1/2". First use after implant, wife asks me, Did you put it in? And her vagina was sewn tight after our last child. I do the best with what I have. I had a good 60 years of excellent sex before cancer.

OK, I’m confused here. When I heard the LGX expanded 20% over time, it meant that the cylinders expanded in actual size. Eg. an 18cm. cylinder would expand over time to, 18 X 1.20 = 21.6cm.

Now I’m thinking that expansion is from flaccid to fully pumped. So an 18cm cylinder is really 15cm. when empty of fluid and expands to 18cm. when fully pumped. Therefore you would look better in the locker room.

The surgeon “a good one“ Will implant the largest uninflated implant he can to accommodate your stretched length through aggressive cycling, you will see what Boston scientific‘s website says is a 25% gain at maximum… Paraphrasing… My doctor told me at my preop appointment that he measured exactly what I did and through cycling I would see that again but to keep patient and cycle daily… there are tons and tons of guys on this website that will tell you this same thing… Look at the results that guys have with similar size implants to yours… Major confidence booster, trust me! I’m saying this 100% out of care… Try to keep your mind off it and just cycle every day… your body has been through so much… Let it heal, let it stretch…

AMS LGX penile-length measurement between deflation and inflation is 1 to 4 cm (4 cm = 1.5748") ... look closely at the image, it shows the difference between one inflated cylinder and one deflated.

Yes I got the 18% increase ... from 5.5" flaccid to 7.25" max pumped ... although the AMS manuals states that 2 cm increase is average.

AMS700 LGX cylinder girths are 12mm, inflate to 18mm (each) ...
