I posted a few day 4 post-implant pics this morning and thought I'd post a few more as reference.

Here's flaccid the night before surgery:

And here's me on my last night before implant - last Trimix injection - we tried to get some pics and measurements as a baseline so we can compare later with the implant fully healed fully inflated and ready for action. Historically my erect length had been:

- 8" or slightly more back in the days before ED, pills, injections (this was in my late 20's when a girlfriend insisted on measuring )
- 7.75" - 8.0" in the early (first 4.5 years) using Trimix injections
- 7.0" - 7.5" over recent (last 3-4 years) using Trimix injections (not sure how to account for the diminished length, but it for sure occured over time)

In the first 4-5 years of Trimix injections I felt like my dick, injected properly and aggressively, was the same length and engorged rigidity as I enjoyed prior to onset of ED (or a bit more so). It was like an iron bar. Recent years the fullness/engorgement with Trimix was not at 100% as it used to be...was probably feeling more like 90%.

Girth on last night with Trimix measured 6.5"

I guess time will tell what the Titan Touch ultimately delivers...

Stepen54 - thanks again for the journal and pix.

One man's opinion ... things look really good. Minimal bruising, minimal swelling, can't notoce the pump in any of the pics (where is it?). Can't speak for how it feels, but I must say things look encouragingly good for day 5 ...

You will be just fine. You are about the same length as mine and on my third revision with the LGX I measure 8" most of the time pumped up all the way. I told the doctor the first time I had a implant that I had lost an inch and that I used to measure 9", and he just laughed at me an told me, that I better take a picture, because now it was one inch less. But I am real satisfied with 8" and have satisfied every one I have had sex with. Even now at my age I feel like a young stud, real horny. So I know you will enjoy the implant.

I measure 8"

At 22cm. the total length of the cylinders is 8.66 inches. With only 0.66 inches imbedded in the crus, do you have a wobbly erection?

Thank you so much, I'm grateful for the opinion and thoughts, for sure. I'm not entirely sure where that pump went! I'm in a bit of information-denial at that level...I'll ask tons of questions at my 4 week visit to Levine. I don't feel it anywhere. My perineum area is pretty tender so I know there was plenty of digging around in there...

This brought up something I've been wondering about, and I don't really understand the math on this part, can someone help?

So Dr. Levine told me he put in a Titan Touch XL / 27cm.

27cm is 10.6 inches.

My pre-implant erect length was about 8".

Obviously the proximal part of the implant which is up against my pubic bone area and internal gets deducted from the total 27cm length, and no one except Levine at this point really can say what my particular anatomy required in there, ie how much implant length is buried under the base of my penis, I'm assuming to provide sort of an anchoring support for the entire shaft, right?

But in rough terms I am inferring then that if Levine was working to maximize and try and replicate my pre-implant length there must be something like 2.5 - 3.0 inches of implant making for that anchor, right?

Looks pretty much like mine post op. I had a little more bruising. I am day 25 post op and things are calmed down a lot. Still sensitive down there (not in a good way) but much improved. Looks like you came through with flying colors so far!!! I was
a little concerned about length but have decided to not worry about it There is no going back now!
