Sexual Positions With Implant

Prior to prostatectomy I had moderate ED with Viagra or Cialis working quite well. Since surgery I have tried pills, VED, and injections, with little success. So time has come for me to probably move on to an implant.

Just out of curiosity, was wondering what sexual positions work best for you, and which don't? Prior to surgery my erections were fairly vertical, between 1 and 2 on a clock. Many of pictures I see post implant seem to show erections at 3 or 4. Wondering if that has any bearing on some sexual positions working better or worse than pre-implant. I realize that everyone's experience may be different, but just curious as to what I might expect following surgery.

My dick has always been at 3 o'clock and is now with my implant. I have not had any problems with any position and trust me, I have tried damn near all of them.

The great thing about my implant (and those of most other men, I surmise) is that my partner and I can separate and re-engage with a different position without my erection collapsing. Prior to my implant, withdrawing would spell the end of my erection and having to start over (often unsuccessfully).

Thus, we can experiment with any number of positions we may discover in books, on the internet or our own imaginations, selecting those positions amenable to the angle (and degree) of my erection (degree is adjustable, you know - I can pump up to any degree of rigidity we wish).

Berfore the implant my erection pointed up at 1:30 - 2:00.NowI point straigbt out at 3:00 .i have found that this new geometry caused us to experiment and modify our bodypositions. Alsowe needed to experiment with how hard to make my erection.

lost sheep that is the first thing i noticed. Pre surgery if i was really excited i could stay hard and distraction and limp !
I can now switch positions and not worry , i do not hurry as much since i know i will stay hard and can satisfy any women.

I do have a question on refractory period for us guys. Once we cum, cock gets sensitive, and we still have sensation. So I don't understand how anyone can go on all night. True, physically, we may not need to recharge, but mentally, we still do.

While my penis stays erect, my mind still has a refractory period. Also, after orgasm my energy level drops precipitously. So, if we want to continue coitus, we change to a more relaxed position that does not require as much energy from me. Or just cool down and cuddle.

Longest we have had continual coitus is around 40 minutes. ("Always leave them wanting more" is an adage that applies to stage performances, but not to sex. But I could not resist an ironic observation.)

I don't usually have to urinate after orgasm. I habitually void my bladder before initiating sex. Awful thing to have to leave a hot babe in bed even for a minute, lest she cool down. The small extra boost to arousal provided by a bladder (full or partially full) is simply not needed with an implanted penis.

However, she usually is dehydrated after a coital session. Heavy breathing and loss of copious vaginal fluids leave her quite thirsty.
