I am wearing my boxer shorts once again, but he recommended I keep some support over the surgical area, so I am using a pair of briefs on top of those for now.
I went out on Amazon and bought some Separatec and David Archy 2-pocket briefs. They're great! The hole above the scrotal pocket that one's member goes through did rub on my incision a bit causing some discomfort, but the fact that my scrotum and the pump were well supported and my penis was allowed to hang freely whichever way it would (albeit covered with the upper sleeve or fly) made for virtually no pain other than when I went from dress-right to dress-left and back again, due to the center seam in my blue jeans.
If you look for the briefs I got, just be careful with the David Archy brand as they sell more than just the 2-pocket variety. I had to return a package and reorder the correct briefs. I believe the 2-pocket design is all that Separatec sells, but they are more pricey than David Archy brand.
