I had a jelqing injury in December of 2018. I jelqed with a full erection, and only did 3 sessions. They always recommend not jelqing with a full erection, but I didn't know that at the time. I’ve been having erectile dysfunction issues since. I get morning wood maybe every other day, but it's quick to go down most of the time.
For those of you who don't know what jelqing is, I made an "Okay" sign with my thumb and pointer finger, and wrapped it around my dick. Then I pushed the blood from the base of my dick to the head. I think I what happened was my dick was a full erection so it was expanded all the way. Then when I pushed the blood from the base to the glans, it might have burst a vein or blood vessel or something.
Anyways, please look at my pictures. The first picture was taken 2 years ago, before I started PE or had any erectile dysfunction issues. Notice the area right under the glans (the nerve bundle?). The veins seem tight. The rest of the 3 pictures are taken in March of this year (3 months after the injury). It seems like now I have plaque or scarring in that area. It looks like the blood vessels are swollen or something. Is this where my injury is? What do you guys think I should do? The last picture is with a semi erection. This is where the difference is most pronounced. But it’s probably because it’s not a full boner so the skin isn’t being pulled tight as much.
I've been super depressed and don't know what to do. This happened a year ago. What can I do? Is this permanent? I haven't masturbated, had sex, or ejaculated since September 15, 2019. (2 and a half months ago).

I strongly suggest that you go to a urologist who specializes in sexual functioning. He has the knowledge to figure out what you did and, if possible, how to fix it. Those of us here can speculate but you really need an expert who can examine you in person.
71 years old in 2018; married 49 years. ED since 2001. PD5 inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) worked with increasing dosages until side effects got too bad by 2017. Now using Trimix injections. Delayed ejaculation has been a continuing problem since 2012.

I do not see any pics or option to open pics.
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.
