These are things that I cannot understand. And for me, not being able to find a rational explanation, is a pain in the ass.

Fully pumped, 12 - 14 pumps, I'm very hard and 5.5" in length

Coloplast Titan 20cm, no RTE'S

My case: Fully pumped: 24-25 pumps (I think there are room for more but aches like hell and stop before that point to strech exercises, or at that exact point just before deflate when I finish cycling.

At 24-25 pumps, I am very hard and less than 4" length (3,9- 3,95). WTF?

I think the maximum I have ever been able to pump is 15, by then the pump is as hard as a rock, and so is my dick!

I know Happy Toy, and that is what I cannot understand. Same prothesis, same size, same model. Different amount of pumps needed to fully inflate. And when both are fully inflated, the less pumps is longer. And this last point, I would understand based in the fact that one can have a deeper crux. So for example, is understandable that if you have a 'normal' crux, 1/3 inside your body, with a 20 cm fully pumped, the visible part of dick is 5,5" and me, with a very deep crux, less even that 1/1, I can have, 21 cm fully pumped, 4" outside and 4,2" inside.

What doesn't have any sense for me, it the fact that your 20 cm Titan needs 14 pumps to be fully pumped, and mine needs 28.

My titan, with just 14, is not ready even hard enough for sex. Begin to feel disconfort at 18-19, and aches at 21. And can, with much pain in the dick, go up to 26-27-28.

I've never had any pain with it fully pumped, none. So I have no answer for you. erect, I am the same length as I have always been. My girth is the same as it was before I started using injections, 5.5". But after using injections for so long, 12 yrs, my girth grew to over 6.5" which I really liked, but for some reason I lost that "gained" girth with the implant . One thing I can tell is that my erect dick with the Trimix was very round, now erect it is oval shaped, about 1 3/4" across the top but only about an inch from top to bottom if you know what I mean, kind of "D" shaped with the flat part of the "D" on the underside.
But that is all alright with me, it is hard now and flaccid I have a nice bulge and love showing it off, not a porn star but very happy. If you want pictures PM me.

Thats another thing that has me scared: I am at 6 days of make 3 months for surgery and I have still aching. Not only when pump, but many times when flaccid, I have some pain in the penis, sometimes I feel pain in scrotum, and even in the surgery wound area, although the wound is completely closed.

With these symtoms, I am begining to be afraid if I would be developing or under some infection. I can't have sex still because of the pain.
