Trouble with scab, chafing, and swelling still

Hey all:

I’m about 3 months out of surgery! Everything is good...but only issue is this real issue with swelling below the glans. I will have a ton of swelling post/during sex.

I do still have peyronies curve (not as bad) where the curve would go horizontally to the left. It has improved post surgery. That said, the issue is that I get a lot of irritation and swelling when I have sex. Then, I get a scab and chafing. It puts me out of commission. I tried to have sex tonight and in the act, it became painful and swelled up again. Then the scab opened up.

The swelling goes down in a few hours but I wanted to see if anyone else had any advice.

It had previously improved with no issues but not it is back to swelling up.

Anyone have recommendations or insight?

Not to be taken seriously! I'd say pound away until callouses form if that's what it takes! Seriously though, the only issue I ever had similar was after my wife went through menopause and became somewhat dry. I had to stop and run to the store for some lube. Problem solved. The lube also made for extremely enjoyable JO sessions to boot!

Did you have any of those issues prior to the implant? You might email those pics to Dr. Kramer or see a dermatologist? That looks painful and not right.

Hey! I did talk to Dr. Kramer - the inflammation goes down (it is down now and just scabbed). Anyhow, Dr. Kramer did say that he thinks it’s the residual and inflammation from the recovery. Believes it’ll take time to heal up. I think it has to do with the tips and then staying straight while I’m still having some curvature - coupled with friction.

I might try to hold off on intercourse for a bit to let it heal and then get back at it.

Open to any advice or if anyone else has had similar experiences.

That sounds like a good idea to me, but it's just my opinion since I am not a medical professional.
