Hey...NICE! You've got to be happy with these kind of results. If THAT is what a flaccid, good sized Titan CAN look like over time, then I feel better about where I'm at on day 21 post-op. I was 2.5-3" flaccid prior but 8-8.25" erect all my life. Now my flaccid is a steady, 70% semi-hardon, 4-4.5"...but this thing just doesn't give in much. It's slightly eased up (become a bit more flexible/pliable) over the last week. Still mostly a mystery how to wear any kind of pants without seriously scaring off the villagers. No pumping up until next week at 4 week follow up so I've been 100% deflated since surgery.

I just wish i have flaccid look as others who posted pictures.
I am 13 months post implant and my deflated is never flaccid and never hangs freely. This is big minus in my satisfaction; but, overall, happy with effectiveness when needed.

Gee...are most guys who get implants way larger than average? I see from all of the measurement comments and photos that most guys here are longer and thicker
than the 5.5 x 4.5 that i understand to be average. What gives?

My flaccid appearance is the biggest ego boost of my life. I always tried to use public urinals in the corner near a wall because of my former baby carrot. Now, I proudly go straight to the middle urinal, whip out my little anaconda, lean slightly back and invite the sideways looks. I love wearing skin hugger jeans with my shirt tucked in. I've been known to put my hand in my pocket to move my dick more forward into view. I feel a bit like an exhibitionist doing that, but WOW, the looks I've gotten from women checking it out! At the gym, I shower whereas before I never would. Let's be honest, a measure of a man's confidence comes from the size of his dick. I'm nowhere near as endowed as a few of our famous dicks on this forum, but I'll gladly reveal what I have now. My hang with my AMS is entirely natural looking and I have a bucket list item of strolling along a nude beach someday (soon as I can convince my wife to take separate vacations!).

Men here at FrankTalk have all shapes and sizes of penises. I think part of it is coincidence and part is in this “bigger is better” society we live guys who are smaller may not be as likely to show their pix.

In addition, many men with implants end up with larger flaccid length than they had prior to getting their implants so that does skew what you see here too.

You have a great natural hang and I have to be honest, I have foreskin envy. I hate that I was circumcised as an 11 year old for no medical reason.

At 11 years old? All I can say is "OUCH!" As an infant when there is a very small amount of tissue there, I can see... And then the person knows nothing else (as with me) but at age 11 to be told, "you're getting an operation on your "pee pee" and it will be different for the rest of your life", just seems wrong unless it's for religious or medically necessary reasons.

When I was born my dad prevented the doctor from cutting me. He died when I was a kid and the doctor kept after my mom to have me cut. She said she tried to hold out but finally caved when the doctor told her it was the right thing to do. I had already started puberty and was a horny little shit and I was jacking off every day so I know how good it felt and how different it was afterwards.
