I should have qualified my info:).
I am in a unique situation. Got original implant Aug 21st, 2019, scheduled salvage for Dec. 10th, tomorrow.
AMS pump was put in wrong, so getting a Titan.
I can honestly say, from the 1st implant, that the libido, feelings, etc., are still intact. As for the engorged head...for me, maybe. Did not have prostate removed, so I may have head engorged (I hope so).

Thank you oldbeek. If I were able to pump enough to penetrate, not only in hardness (which I can) but also in size without pain, I would have sex weeks ago.

The pain is not only because the inflation. I feel in crux too. This afternoon, for example, I have pumped to a level that I didn't feel any pain. I have had an arousal and my shaft has started aching.

I don't know what is happening, but it is evident I have to heal much more, and that my healing process is going very very slow.

thank you for that posts I have always wondered if it would effect my libido and my desire for sex. So glad to hear that it doesn't effect it. Such a great forum!

I'm thinking it all depends where you started at. If you desired sex & was held back by your ed. I'll bet removing that cloud over the act will be pretty liberating.
Think about some of the comments made by members that have several years of implanted life behind them. Most consistently say they should of done it sooner, wouldn't hesitate to do it again. The comments go on & on. This sounds to me like these men that are enjoying their arousal.
How many have commented that their wife loves it? If you have had ed for a very long time, maybe forever. You might not know what normal arousal is. I think these guys are trying to tell you that it is wonderful. Just my opinion.

My glands engorge sometimes when aroused regardless of whether I'm inflated or not. Sometimes I wake up in the mornings now with some noticeable glands swelling.
