I too, was prescribed Oxcy and Colace....but that was a waste. I was not constipated, but had to wait 4 days for anything to happen.
Have lots of advil, Oxcy, and Vimovo, and others. I am a walking, fucking, pharmacy, lol.

Day 7

Overall, feeling good.

Still a little bit of swelling. Bruising is about 50% gone. Incision looks good; stitches have not yet dissolved. Taking 400 mg Advil a couple times a day; a little soreness when I move around. No pain otherwise.

Constipation is gone! Gone for last few days.

Tired of not exercising. One more week until I can start walking for exercise.

Having a bit of scrotal itching my hair grows back. Suggestions on how to deal with that?

Thanks for your post. I’m traveling to New Orleans on Dec 12 for surgery on the 13 th. One night in hospital. Head home the next day. I pray that mine goes as well.

Also thanks for the pics. I will show my wife the pics tomorrow. She needs to know what to expect as well.

Good luck to you. I hope all goes well.

Yes, by all means show your wife the pics. That’s the reason for this journal.

Day 8

Got a text from Dr Kramer giving me the OK to start gentle walking for exercise. Also got the OK to start light lifting, 15-20 pounds.

Swelling and bruising have improved significantly today. Still have some scrotal itching as the hair grows back. Stitches have not dissolved yet. Otherwise, feeling good.

Day 9

90% of bruising and swelling gone. Itching gone. Stitches have not dissolved yet. Feeling great. Texted Dr Kramer today and asked when I can start cycling. All clear to start cycling on Saturday, which is in 2 days, 11 days after surgery.

(BTW, my partner and I really appreciate that we can text Dr. Kramer personally and that he himself responds quickly. Gives us peace of mind; we are just a short text or call away from help if we need it.)

I'm at 8 weeks and my sutures just started dissolving. Apparently my body doesn't like the suture material and developed some localized inflammation with some opening of the incision site and drainage. Also, I had some skin peeling almost like with a sunburn that occurred. Dr. Kramer has been great with seeing me and responding to email, although we thought we were home free at week 4, everything looked great. The implant is fine, all superficial. Patience is the key

He sliced you up too! I thought it was just me because of my stuck AMS implant, but I guess that is his method.
Pics look good:)!
Don't have much swelling myself, just 3 days post-op, but since I have had both types of implants, I am going through the same things you are recovery-wise.
Penis sensitive to clothes rubbing, so walking around with robe open, or pajama bottom with dick hanging out, lol.

Hi, Agfa13. My incision is longer than usual because he also did a scrotoplasty; a little nip and tuck around the family jewels.
