Hi everyone,
I am having ED for 4-5 years..Right now in general I cant get a full erection..While I am standing I cant get hard at all..When I lie down and masturbate I can get semi hard and cum fast..My question is; am I doing bad? I mean cum without getting real hard on.I somehow feel that it will cause my ED get worse but I just cant stop to masturbate daily..what do you think? someone has similar experiences? Never heard of such concerns.
Obviously no one here is a doctor, so always check with one to be sure. However, with what i know about these things after spending my whole life with ED, having an orgasm when not 100% erect shouldn't change anything in terms of damage. At worse you'd less of a "jet" since there's less pressure applied to the urethra.

From what I have learned from conversations with doctors, masturbation in itself is a good thing for the body. The problems arise from the techniques used. Men more than women tend to be very aggressive when jacking off. The more closely you can mimic sex with a partner, the better. Some men stroke their cocks so hard and fast to cum that they are unable to have an orgasm when the movements are slower and more gentle with a partner.
