Hi everyone,

Just wanted to drop an update for you guys early in the process. I had my implant with Dr Kramer Nov 2018. I found the process to be alot more difficult than many on the forum describe. I was discouraged and some fearful that maybe the implant wasnt going to be a homerun for me. Im glad to report that a year into this I love my implant. Discomfort is finally gone, penis hangs quite naturally if i get it good and deflated (even able to wear boxers now). Yesterday was my 14 year anniversary and we had crazy good sex for way longer than I ever could have before surgery. This sounds lame but my wife thinks I’m a rockstar now and that is so healing after all the damage ED did to our relationship. It is definitely worth it! Dont feel discouraged if off to a rough start after surgery, having a hard time getting fully pumped, difficulty cycling etc. Youre gonna get there and its awesome. Merry Christmas to all!

I don't have an IPP, I have the malleable, which is a bendable hard stick, but not as hard as a 3-piece:(
Yes, I am having a rough start. My surgery was last week, 12/10, with Dr. Kramer also. Since I have the Rigicon, I thought things would be good, in terms of size, right out of the gate, but I was in for a rude awakening, lol.
I am just wondering how long before I can use this crane!

Oh definitely not 8 inches. Its 6.5 inches pubis to
tip. Guess alot of that implant is hiding behind my pubic bone lol. I hope things turn out well for you!

It sounds like you're almost the typical 2:1 ratio if distal to proximal. As I've read, the average man has a third in the body and two thirds outside. At 23 cm total, that works out to 9.055" for the cylinders, tip-to-tip. With a 2:1 ratio, one third is inside or 3.018". The remaining two thirds would be outside, 6.036" Since you have slightly better than this length, either the proximal corpora are slightly shallower than the 3.018" given by the ratio or the tips aren't as close to the tip of your glans as mine are (approx 0.25" for me).

My ratio is closer to 50:9 because the doctor couldn't get through the fibrosis in my proximal corpora so he had to short-size me and I've only got about 0.9-1.0" proximal. I may be researching a revision surgery locally (Allen Morey & UT Southwestern Dallas) if I don't get the right answers on my 3 month followup in Feb.

Newparts, Did you have kinking/dogears in tubing when 1st put in? This is my biggest worry right now, even though I only have the 1-piece.
Did the kinking eventually go away?
