Thanks, Waynetho and tomas1. I will try that method.

Day 15
Scrotal “fullness” is almost completely gone. Continuing daily cycling. I can pump up to about 15 pumps before it starts to hurt. Starting to get the “hang” of pumping up. Deflating is not too difficult.

Day 18
I’m able to cycle up to about 15 pumps before starting to feel pain. Penis feels a bit numb for a couple hours after cycling, maybe cycling too far, too fast?
In the attached photos, notice the difference between the flaccid state and the erect (15 pumps—not maximally inflated yet) for the AMS 700 LGX. This is something I had wondered about. Flaccid is smaller than the erect, and looks as natural as I had been hoping. Which for me is good; I was a grower, not a shower, and I’m not comfortable with a bulge in my pants.
I am hoping my erect angle will straighten out as I can pump up more. I’m happy with the size: I’m measuring 5.75 inches bone pressed when inflated 15 pumps. Pre-surgery erection was 6.2 inches.

Bruising completely gone. Still some scrotal fullness; getting better.
No pain when cycling, but penis is sensitive afterward. My David Archy underwear helps with that.
The pump is kind is slippery. Ouch.
are you holding onto the tubes to stabilize the pump ball? Squeeze the pump ball closer to the valve block.

Thanks, oldbeek. It’s hard for me to hold onto the tubes because they are up somewhat high. Maybe because I still have a little swelling, which is getting better every day. I’ll give your technique another try. Otherwise things are going great, feeling great, very happy with the results.

@Notgivingup, at least hold the pump at the valve block but don't squeeze it. Holding end to end lightly may help you stabilize the pump so it doesn't slip. If you squeeze end to end however, it resets the pump so hold it lightly just to stabilize.

Thanks. I’ll give that a try.

Re: My implant journal—Kramer Urology, AMS 700 LGX
This is why I want to get my implant done around March or April because of Dec, Jan, and Feb being cold weather and as a result, the scrotum shrinks (as shown in OP's photo), making it difficult to pump or deflate.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

That's not a problem when cycling in a hot bath though. Some doctors even include hot baths in their cycling regimen.
