I have always had a strong libido, but as my ED progressed, I stopped trying to have sex with a woman and turned to porn to satisfy my sexual urges and to masturbate. Yes, for me I was watching porn sex and it was affecting my expectations with my wife. the problem with porn is that it builds unreasonable expectations.

1) the most harmful unreasonable expectation is the impact on us men. "small penis anxiety syndrome" is a problem for so many of us, and porn is like pouring gasoline on that anxiety since the porn actors are generally chosen (from a group of a thousand) because they have a 7 inch cock. This completely fucks up average men's psyche and body image (remember that the average length of penis is just over five inches, and 50% of men, of course, are smaller than that average)

2) the second most harmful unrealistic expectation is that the piston like sex that is portrayed is not really what most women want; and the acrobatic sex positions are not really a requirement either


Sex is supposed to be a: non-judgemental, lower all your performance masks, vulnerable, slippery, and juicy joining of flesh in a amazingly warm and fulfilling way.
