3 Inches and no change

Ocitgo, it seems like I waited too long to deal with my arthritic hands. Though I don't know what other choice I had (I say "had" because I've been told that after 9 months, your scar tissue is pretty permanent and any lengthening now is unlikely). Not sure what else I could have done, short of wrapping the bulb in a towel and using vise grips...

I don't know why a penis pump should not be tried. I used one up to my surgery because I have been affected by an bone marrow transplant side effects. I have the better pumps.

My final length is a little over 5 inches. Next time I have a chance, I will measure it and see how much over 5 inches. I was about 6 inches before surgery, but after the prostate cancer operation, with the nerves removed, it took about 2 years, but my penis disappeared inside my body and I would make a mess even sitting down to pee. So now, with the cylinders completely flaccid, I am at least the same size I was when I was flaccid before, which allows me to pee without making a mess. That was the biggest reason for the implant.

Ok, saw the factory representative today. I found out they implanted a 15 cm implant with 4 rear tip extensions. Total of 19 cm and he said 11 cm are inside the body. So I have 8 cm outside available. Converting, that is 3.14 inches. So the 3.25 inches I now have is all I am going to have. The pain I feel is the stretching of the implant, which might stretch 10%, making it 3.5 or 3.6 inches. I don't know if that is usable or not. I went into surgery with 6.5 or 7 inches when I used the vacuum pump, measured the day before surgery. The doctor said 99% of her patients are "thrilled". I am not thrilled. And my wife just looked at it and laughed. I'm afraid to tell her tonight that this is all there is going to be.

She looked at it and laughed? That’s pretty fucked up. Maybe a more sympathetic woman is in order. Of course it is usable. Might not be what you had but you can make it pleasing.

Do the tips of the implant go up to the glans?
