That is what have 2.5 weeks off
Re: How much time off post surgery?
The answer is different for each of us. I did not have any swelling so I was pretty much pain free. My issue was being left partially erect for several weeks and there would not have been any way to conceal it due to the requisite dress slacks and tucked shirt or sweater I had to wear.
Every surgeon has a different protocol for his patients, but I was told no lifting anything over 5 pounds for the first week and nothing over 10 pounds for the next few weeks. That even meant a briefcase with laptop was off limits. For those who travel, any type of luggage, even carry on would be too heavy.
Also, I was told to keep icing for the first few weeks. Urinating was not easy with a partial erection. If your workplace has high urinals it may not be an issue, but mine had lower fixtures and I likely would have shot on the wall.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
