Sensitivity

Happy New Year to all.

I’ve been using Trimix about 24 months. Probably average 2 to 3 times a week. Normal injection is approx 25 on the syringe. For the last few weeks I’ve been sensitive from the tip to about a third of my penis. Almost like it’s rubbed against something. This morning after sex my wife informed me that it looks more red in that area. Not in pain but I wouldn’t call it very comfortable at times either.
Has anyone experienced this or have any clue if this might be related to the injections even though the actual injection sites are at the base.
I’m thinking I just need more sex

On one side or both? I have been dealing with something similar for about 2 weeks on one side only. Only when flaccid though.

See if I can answer both of those replies at once.
Really just the tip is sensitive. Although now it seems to have gone so I may had some bruising(?).
As for that other reply I have no idea what all those initials stand for. Must be way above my IQ.
