PDE5s (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra)

What is the most anyone has taken in one day.

These started out working GREAT for me 20 years ago when I first started taking them but now after 20 years of consistent use they are not working as good. I get all of mine now from foreign sources I do a great deal of traveling to other countries and when I do I purchase my PDE5s. I purchase both what is claimed to be brand name and generic in the foreign countries I visit. I am now up to taking 300mg of Viagra three pills before sex or 60mg three pills of Cialis or Levitra before sex. One of the pills will be what is sold to me as brand name and the other two are locally produced generic. At times if engaging in sex again on the same day will take any where from one to three more pills before sex the second time and if engaging the third time may even do the same. In the past I have taken as much as 900mg of Viagra in one day with lackluster results. Still depending upon the oral skill and dedication of my female partner to achieve a decent to not fully there erection. I realize buying them in foreign countries I run the risk of them being fake poor quality lower dosage than claimed to even being dangerous. But assuming the are what they claim they are. I have been experiencing decreasing results from the PDE5s less and less do I get the spontaneous erection just from watching her undress or pressing against her like I used to from just one PDE5s. Now more and more even with the increased use of the PDE5s I am dependent upon the oral stimulation from my partner to achieve an erection. Long term when engaging in sex every day for ten to twenty day usually more than once a day even increased use of the PDE5s are not working and I have to resort to using Muse or Caverject (which I hate using). I plan on getting a prescription for Cialis from my Doctor to see if there is any difference from the prescription brand to what is claimed to be brand name PDE5s.

So has anyone else experienced decreasing affect from using the PDE5s and does anyone else use large quantities of PDE5s. If so what has your experience been.

After four or five years of successfully using 25 mg of Viagra, I had to slowly increase the effective dose over the next 18 months until even 100 nag was no longer effective. I then tried 200 mg on several occasions without much success.

I attribute the lack of effectiveness to the worsening cause of my ED (diabetes) for the declining effectiveness not conditioning.
